great experience but lacking some attention to detail

The spa treatment exceeded my expectations as it was tailored perfectly to my needs. The cozy fireplace in the room added a romantic touch to our stay especially with the beautiful views outside.

The cleanliness of the dining area left something to be desired and could use improvement.

Could use some updates in room amenities, especially the bathrooms, which feel a bit cramped and outdated. I found a fake fingernail on the bed, which definitely wasn’t a welcome sight. The terrace was disappointing too. its chipped paint and wet floor from a leak above kept us from enjoying what could have been an excellent landscape view.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers free wi-fi, a cozy bar area, and a delightful welcome drink. On my first stay, the staff even helped me return my forgotten earpods. Highly recommend experiencing the warm hospitality!

The food in the bistro was excellent, I mean, really good, every bite was a real treat, you know? Also, the spa was incredibly relaxing, with a zen atmosphere that helped wash away the stress.

A beautiful fireplace/jacuzzi tub/balcony room. Service was great. Spotlessly clean. Nice lobby and beautiful breakfast room.

The space at La Tourelle is lovely, and the staff truly friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the happy hour and the relaxing spa. However, the restaurant food was a letdown, and some areas felt less maintained, giving an impression of needed updates. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few quirks.
